JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Planning is currently underway for the Jamestown Arts Center’s largest fundraiser in 2022.

Operating as a non-profit, the center relies on membership, fundraising, and donations to provide programs such as Arts After School and more. Executive Director Mindi Schmitz says the planning committee has been working on the Gala set for February 4th, 2022.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Arts Center had opted for a virtual gala earlier this year. Schmitz says they’re looking forward to returning to an in-person event.

If unable to attend, donations to the cause are also welcome to help them support general operation and programming.

The Jamestown Arts Center also continues to bring new and highly popular classes back like their pottery wheel class on December 11th & 12th. Class size is limited.
