JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A community meal that has fed thousands in its time will be entering it’s 30th year this Thanksgiving.
The 30th Annual Free Community Thanksgiving Dinner at Concordia Lutheran Church is set for November 25th. The church at 502 1st Ave N. will provide meals through a drive-up process from 11 AM to 1 PM at the church.
“Please watch the signage for the drive through meal pick up set up that day using the alley from the north end of the block,” the organizers stated. “We will also provide delivery of meals that day from 11-1.”
The dining room will once again be closed due to COVID.
“This meal is free to anyone,” they added. “Single people, parents, families, people working, college students, and anyone who don’t want to cook or is traveling through. We serve turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn and dessert.”
