VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Sheyenne Valley Community Foundation (SVCF) created the Barnes County COVID-19 relief fund to address emergency needs in the surrounding area during the pandemic.
SVCF Executive Director Andrea Nelson said the Barnes County COVID-19 relief fund was set up a year old and funding is available to qualified entities once again this year.
