(NewsDakota.com)  The Cardinal Volleyball team is 19-4 overall, 3-1 in District 7 so far this year.  Carrington travels to Maddock tonight (Oct. 4th) to play District 7 opponent Benson County starting around 7pm, that match can be heard on KDAK AM 1600.

On Tuesday, October 2nd, Carrington played Griggs County Central in Carrington.  The Cards swept GCC 3-0 (25-16, 25-16, 25-16).  Madison Wendel had three stuff blocks followed by Breanna Barton with two for Carrington.  Aces were led by Josey Page and Kayla Hochhalter with four apiece.  Page Anderson had eight digs.  In setting assists, Josey Page and Nikki Braaten both had six.  Madison Wendel led the way with four kills.

For GCC, Alexis Savre had three blocks and 11 digs.
