Coach Matt Nielson had this to say after today’s matches, “Matches aren’t played on paper. We through out a line-up to win, believing we had the edge and #1, #2, and #3 singles which put us a little weaker at doubles. Any given day, a player can win or lose. Yesterday, Kai picked up his team by winning his singles match so we didn’t get shut out. Today, his teammates picked him up and pulled out wins.”
With the win, the Hi-Liners are 5-1 on the season moving into the Invite tomorrow.
