State’s Attorney Lee Grossman says the last 3 properties eligible from the 2009 spring flood are close to a hard deadline.

Commissioner Rodger Berntson says the approaching FEMA deadline is to close for comfort. Grossman says the 2009 flood buyout deadline is November 1.
