Arlene Rasmussen, 88, Valley City, N.D., died Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2021 in CHI Mercy Hospital.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 10:00 AM, Friday, July 9, 2021 at Faith Lutheran Church, Valley City. Inurnment will be in Luverne Cemetery, Luverne, ND.
