MEDORA, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Everyone was excited to gather once again for the annual North Dakota Cowboy Hall of Fame Social and Auction at the Alvin Nelson Memorial Arena on the outdoor patio of the North Dakota Cowboy Hall of Fame in Medora on June 18th.
Several pieces of artwork and other items with the western theme were auctioned off during the social. The newest members of the incoming class of Honorees for 2021 were recognized for their achievements.
Including the late Don Short in the Great Westerner category.
Pre-1940’s Ranching the late James “Mac” Uhlman.
Modern Era Ranching Steve Brooks.
Modern Era Rodeo Phil Haugen.
Modern Era Rodeo the late Levi Wisness.
And Dale Carlson was inducted into the Pre-1970’s Rodeo.
