Valley City Trap League News 6-15-21

 

Tuesday the 15th was the sixth and final week at league.  There a few shooters left to finish up.  Try to get these in next week please.  Call me if you need alternative scheduling.

Next Tuesday (22nd) will be the beginning of the Triple Dog Dare in which we use 3 trap scores, 3 skeet scores and 3 5-stand scores.  There will be four winning scores of high trap, high skeet, high 5-stand and high overall.  It only cost $10.00 to participate and fame and fortune is yours.  Actually, the fortune part depends upon participation so don’t quit your day job.

Mike Howe Jr. and Mitch Anderson both shot 21 on 5-stand.  Pat Sherman scored a 50 straight in skeet.  Impressive.  On the trap range Nathan Suhr and Lewis Legge broke 25 each.

The standings are:  1.  Big Country Grapple 626; 2. Valley Meat 587; 3. Smith Lumber 507; 4. US Fish & Wildlife 499; 5. PPI 397; 6. ND DOT 390; 7. RC Welding 328.
