CITY  (NewsDakota.com)–The Viking volleyball team is on the road tonight to face Mayville State University in what will be a stiff challenge.

The Comets have stormed out to a 10-3 mark this season, and are currently ranked fourth among Association of Independent Institutions (AII) teams.  They will host the AII tournament this season.

Valley City State is currently 1-11, with their lone win coming over Dakota Wesleyan this season.  Head coach Susan Kolbow says the key tonight will be blocking a potent Comet hitting attack.

Matchtime is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.  Prematch coverage will begin at 6:35 p.m. on Dakota Country Radio.
