VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A Barnes County man wants the county commission to support a proposal for a resolution to declare Barnes County a 2nd Amendment Sanctuary County.

Rockne Earles talked about why he feels so strongly about having the Barnes County Commission pass this resolution.

Earles will present his proposal to the Barnes County Commission on Tuesday, April 20th at 8:15am during their regular meeting. He encourages everyone to attend the presentation and show your support for this resolution.

“A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state. The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.”
