WIMBLEDON, N.D. (Wimbledon Newsletter) – New York-based CBS Sunday Morning’s Mo Rocca met California-based Holly Foster Wells Peggy Lee’s granddaughter in Wimbledon North Dakota.

Peggy Lee had called the Midland Continental Depot home during her last years of high school. The lovingly restored building is now a museum, chronicling Peggy Lee’s life & music on the second floor and the history of the Midland Continental Railway on the ground floor. The CBS Sunday Morning interview was to have been ready to launch the for the singer/songwriter/actress’ 100th birthday on May 26, 2020.

Then COVID-19 happened, scuttling all travel plans.
On the third try, March 20 2021, cameras rolled as Mo Rocca sat at the kitchen table in the Wimbledon Depot, and Holly Foster Wells reminisced about life with her famous grandmother.
The air date has not been announced yet.
