VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The driver of a 2005 Ford Expedition traveling northbound on 119th Ave SE about 2 miles south of Valley City lost control of his vehicle on a gravel road. The Ford entered the west ditch, rolled and came to rest on the driver side.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol said the driver, 58 year-old Frankie Coniglio was removed from the vehicle by members of the Valley City Rural Fire District. The driver was transported to Mercy Hospital in Valley City by the Barnes County ambulance for injuries sustained in the crash. His condition was not released. Charges are pending against Coniglio. The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
