JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Starting March 15th, City Water Department employees will resume entering businesses and apartment buildings to obtain water meter readings.

Water Superintendent Joe Rowell reports that due to COVID-19 and the safety of city’s staff and community, staff will be following all current local and, state, and CDC guildelines.

“[This includes] wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment, including masks and gloves,” Rowell says in a release. “We appreciate your assistance and your understanding as we work together to keep our community and city staff as healthy and safe as possible during this difficult time.”
