WEST FARGO, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – This past week the Valley City High School Hi-Liner Speech team traveled twice. On Thursday February 25th, the Jr. High students of VCHS Speech competed at Heritage Middle School in West Fargo. On Saturday, February 27th, VCHS competed at West Fargo High School. No sweepstakes awards were given out.
