DEVILS LAKE, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A Silver Alert issued Monday for a missing Devils Lake man has been cancelled after he was located in Ramsey County.

Thomas Allen Townson, 76, was reported missing Monday morning. Law Enforcement Officials confirmed to have located Townson Wednesday.

A Silver Alert is issued, based on criteria, upon request by local law enforcement to assist in
locating an individual identified as a disabled adult, or vulnerable elderly adult, or a minor who has a developmental disability and has been reported to law enforcement authorities as missing.
