JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Lazy Fish, LLC finished their first year overseeing Pelican Point Landing and have reported their investments for 2020.
Owner Tom Schultz reports that their total investment in 2020 was $427,129.37 as they worked to improve and remodel on the site.
Some of the improvements included a full remodel of the building, extended and cleaned beaches, equipment to run Concessionaire building, and more.
Schultz says he still has some work to do on the beach area. He says they were also looking to install additional camp sites with work to be complete in 2021.
He says they would add water and electric along with building the pad, which would include some dirt work and clearing and grubbing. This would also add sewer service to existing campsites based on feasibility for each site.
Part of the proposed project includes new playground location and additional parking. The Park Board approved of the plans.
