VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Valley City COVID-19 plan has been updated in light of Governor Burgum’s Executive Order 2020-43.3. Bars and restaurants in Valley City may resume normal operating hours. All other city restrictions will remain in place until at least January 8, 2021 according to City Attorney Carl Martineck.
