JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Numerous Jamestown Public School graduates can thank Jamestown Dollars for Scholars for allowing them to continue their education.
Originally created as the Jamestown Public Schools Foundation, the non-profit organization has dedicated themselves to making post-secondary education more affordable by increasing scholarship opportunities.
Dr. Rob Lech is that JPS Superintendent and a member of the Jamestown Dollars for Scholars committee.
Dr. Lech says the board has continued to strive and provide funding for these scholarships and endowments, adding the impact it has had for students has been noticeable.
