JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – IDK Bar & Grill, along with Stutsman County Wood Works and many others, were able to raise and donate $30,000 for the new Jamestown Fire Department Ladder Truck.
A check was given to Fire Chief Jim Reuther Friday.
Many items were donated for the fundraiser including cornhole boards from Stutsman County Wood Works, 701 Apparel for embroidery, MC3Works for the American flag Valley Sales, and more.
Progress Enterprises matched the funds with $15,000 with another donation of $5,000 from RM Stoudt’s.
The ladder truck is estimated to cost the city of Jamestown around $1 million.
