In honor of the 75th anniversary of the United Nations and the 100th birthday of Zonta International, please join us at one of the 5 peace poles located around the Jamestown Community for a brief event honoring these two organizations and their dedication to ending violence and bringing peace to the world.
We will also tell the history and explain the significance of the peace poles located throughout the city. Please join us at one of these locations:
1. The rotunda next to the Stutsman County Museum
2. The cupola in Zonta Park
3. The Buffalo Museum, near the entrance
4. The Sensory Garden in the Solein/Denault park
5. The garden in front of the Unruh Sheldon building on the University of Jamestown campus.
We hope to see you there!
