CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) A Sheyenne River Valley Tour will be Wednesday and the public is invited to attend. Tour Spokeswoman Mary Lee Nielson talks about the scheduled stops on the tour.
The tour will also stop at the Clausen Springs Dam for a presentation by the B.C. Water Resource District Board. Governor Dalrymple plans to attend the Grand Opening of the Valley City Water Treatment plant around 9:30am on Wednesday.
Tour coordinator Jean Schafer says a $20 dollar fee covers lunch and other expenses. She says people can pay the day of the tour. But anyone interested should get registered as soon as possible by calling 701-223-8332. The bus will depart from the I-94 Tesoro parking lot in Valley City around 8:50am on Wednesday.
