GRAND FORKS, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Valley City snapped a short two match losing streak with a straight set win over Grand Forks Central Monday in Grand Forks. The Hi-Liners won 25-13, 25-11, 25-23.

Lexi Leroux led the offense with 12 kills. Peyton Pederson added 11. Dylann Diegel added 32 assists. Defensively, Olivia Olson had had a team high 14 digs. Jocey Kriewald added 11 and Hailey Thoreson had four blocks.

The Hi-Liners are 4-3 overall and in the Eastern Dakota Conference. They will host Fargo North Thursday night at the Hiliner Activity Center.
