VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – There has been a surge in the number of COVID-19 cases reported in Barnes County over the last few days.

City-County Health District Administrator Theresa Will said another free testing event will be held in the Lokken Stadium parking lot on Wednesday from 4pm to 5pm. She is strongly discouraging large meetings and large public gatherings at this time.
