JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The City of Jamestown will need to wait a few more months before the new ladder truck arrives.
Jamestown Fire Chief Jim Reuther reports that inspections have resumed as well as trainings.
He says they have new firefighters in training to join once they’re finished.
Reuther added within the last year, they have added six more firefighters to their staff.
In other fire department news, the new ladder truck has been delayed another two months.
Reuther also thanked businesses and individuals who have made contributions and donations towards the purchase of the new ladder truck.
