N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Charges are pending against a 20-year-old Enderlin man after he fled a Highway Patrol trooper south of Jamestown Saturday morning on Highway 281.

Highway Patrol spokesman Sgt. Thomas Herzig says a pickup turned off Highway 281 and onto a gravel road. The vehicle drove into a farm yard and crashed into the wall of a garage. No injuries were reported.

Two occupants in the vehicle fled of foot. A couple of hours later a passenger, 20-year-old Kevin Lemna returned to the scene, he was arrested for Minor in Possession of alcohol. Later, Jordan Kemmer admitted to driving the vehicle. Sgt. Herzig says alcohol was found in the vehicle. The incident is under investigation.
