VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Dehl (Dell) Eagle an inmate from the Barnes County Correctional Facility was arrested on Monday, July 27th.

He was released Friday, July 24th for work release and failed to return to the jail over the weekend.

On June 9th, Eagle was sentence to serve 360 days in a jail work release program after he pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of sexual assault of an offensive contact. At that time, he was also ordered to pay restitution and other fees totaling $3,748.
