(NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Police Department is notifying the public of a high risk registered sex offender living in the city.

19-year-old Sawyer John Suko is now living at 918 9th Street Southeast in Jamestown. He is described as a 5-foot-8 white male weighing about 160 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair.

Suko was convicted of gross sexual imposition in Stutsman County District Court on Jan. 6. When he was 18, Suko gave alcohol to a 13-year-old and later had sex with her. He was sentenced to one year and one day in jail, with 285 days suspended.

Suko is currently on probation and has been placed on GPS monitoring. He is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court.
