N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The North Dakota Department of Transportation will be conducting the Don’t Play Games with Alcohol event. The event will take place at the Jamestown Speedway and will encourage the public to play games that mimic how alcohol affects your cognitive and physical functions, which limits your ability to drive safely. The main focus is to bring awareness of impaired driving, to keep North Dakota roads safe and North Dakotans alive. The event will be held Saturday at the Jamestown Speedway from 5pm to 7pm.

An increased enforcement on North Dakota roads will be held in conjunction with the national Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over efforts, taking place August 17 – September 3.
