JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Stutsman County 4-H held its county consumer decision making contest on Sunday June 14th at the Stutsman County Fairgrounds.
This is a contest that encourages the kids to learn how to make smart buying decisions and how to express the reason why they chose that item. We had 3 beginners, ages 8 and 9, with Annabelle Rittenbach getting the grand champion, Elizabeth Rittenbach the reserve champion and Aveahya LaMont receiving the runner up award. Our grand champion junior, age 10-13, was Chloe Smith, and our grand champion senior, ages 14-18, was Cheyana Smith.
Special thanks to our reasons judge Amanda McClean.
