JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Adapting has been a keyword for the Two Rivers Activity Center (TRAC).

Recently, TRAC opened its doors after more than six weeks being closed due to the coronavirus pandemic. TRAC Facilities Manager Amy Walters has been participating in statewide workgroups with other facility managers and directors in North Dakota.

Current guidelines set forth by Governor Doug Burgum and the state could always be changing, and Walters says they will modify how they need to in order to keep their service open to the public.

Walters says they’ve also modified hours to allow for proper cleaning of the facility. She says based on how membership is using space and community transition, they’ll continue to work towards their new normal.

She added that at this time, the facility is open to members of TRAC only.

Walters says at this time, they’re also preparing for lifeguard training. Other TRAC happenings include online workout sessions free to the public and pre-registration for their Fall pre-school program.

You can read more about the current guidelines at TRAC here.
