Arthur Mitzel November 03, 1947 – April 29, 2020: Visitation will be 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday, May 4, 2020 at Williams Funeral Home. A private family service will be held at 3:00 PM, Monday, May 4 at Williams Funeral Home. Interment will take place for family at Sunset Memorial Gardens. The family will hold a Celebration of Life Service for Art at a later date. Please respect the social distancing guidelines during viewing hours.
