OAKES, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Oakes Public School’s (OPS) students and staff showed their appreciation of Dickey Rural Network (DRN) providing free internet for those without it.
The offering came after OPS, and every school, was forced to go to an online-based learning system due to COVID-19 related restrictions. Recognizing some families didn’t have internet, DRN offered free internet for the time being.
To show their appreciation, students and staff at OPS submitted ‘thank you’ emails, pictures, and videos. All the submissions were compiled into the video below.
