JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – To honor those who are on the front lines of fighting the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Jamestown Chamber of Commerce is encouraging the community to make some noise.
Jamestown Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Emily Bivens reports that the event will have citizens of Jamestown step outside onto their porches or lawns and just make noise.
Bivens says inspiration for the event comes from many other communities in the nation doing the same thing. She says it’s a way for the community to show unity and support for those who continue to work.
Bivens says residents can step outside tonight between 6 PM and 6:30 PM, but says to still practice social distancing.
