VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Valley City has the best tasting water coming out of the tap. The city was once again awarded the best tasting water in North Dakota.

Eric Volk with the North Dakota Rural Water Association made the presentation to the city commission during a regular meeting on Tuesday, April 7th.
