VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Effective immediately, South Central Adult Services will not be charging fares in their bus service area which includes Barnes, LaMoure, Foster, Logan, McIntosh, Griggs, Emmons and Nelson counties.

Director Pat Hansen said we are receiving assistance from the Federal Transit Administration and we want to pass it on to our riders. She said this does not include the Taxi service.
