VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – In response to the declaration of national emergency due to the growing COVID-19 crisis in the United States, the Barnes County Commission is asking for the public’s cooperation in limiting interpersonal contact; therefore, they have implemented an option by which the public may tune in to the Barnes County Commission meeting via teleconference.
Simply dial the number below and follow the instructions for the conference ID. Please note, this is a Fargo number, so use of cell phone, rather than land-line, is recommended, to avoid charges.

Equalization Meetings:
Here is some additional information regarding equalization meetings for only those entities that have the Barnes County Assessors office as their township/city assessor.
This affects only townships and cities that have the Barnes County Assessor’s office doing their assessing and meetings. This does not apply to townships and small cities that have their own assessor.
Each equalization meeting will be held via tele-conference at the same date and time as the originally scheduled meeting.
The dial in number for all calls is 1-701-409-8463.
Each township and small city has a unique conference ID number. To obtain the conference number for a particular meeting, please contact the Barnes County Assessor’s office at 845-8515 or your township/city board before the scheduled meeting time for dial-in information.
