JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Stutsman County Township leaders will be invited to a meeting regarding the latest on the FEMA Recovery Scoping.

Stutsman County Auditor Nicole Meland says in discussions with Emergency Manager Jerry Bergquist, they determined it was important to continue having those meetings.

Bergquist added that postponing these meetings are not in the best interest of the townships.

He added that this will be a different disaster declaration they’re dealing with compared to previous years.

The meeting is set for Tuesday, March 24th at the NDSU Extension office in Jamestown at 9 AM.
