DEVILS LAKE, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Senior and five-year starter for the Cardinals, Callie Ronningen, dropped in 17 points, including two 3-pointers to help the No. 2 rated Langdon Area/Edmore/Munich Cardinals defeat the Rockets of New Rockford/Sheyenne 60-14 at the 2020 Class B Region 4 Girls basketball tournament on Monday. The Cardinals improve to 22-0 overall, NRS ends their season at 11-10.

LAEM jumped out to an early 21-0 lead and never looked back leading 41-9 at the break. Jaya Henderson added 13 for the Cardinals. The Rockets were led by four players with three points, Cassie Longnecker, Dani Bjerke, Ashlynn Benson and Kennedy Demester.
