JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Hillcrest Elementary has been operating in NE Jamestown since 1967 and will be holding a preview day this Friday.

Parent Brenda Jarski-Weber attended Hillcrest Elementary as well as her three children. She says Hillcrest is a two teacher school with two classrooms.

Jarski-Weber says the event on Friday, February 7th will allow parents considering schools for their children or changing their school to see how Hillcrest School operates.

Parents and students can see how the two classroom setting works. Lower grades are 1st through 4th and upper grades are 5th through 8th. The preview day will give insight on how that system works.

Jarski-Weber says their curriculum focuses on more than just God, but also giving back to their community.
