VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The goal was $60,000, but more than $68-thousand dollars was raised during the 2019 Barnes County Red Kettle Campaign.
Campaign Chairman Lee Isensee said a man who received help from the Salvation Army when he was young gave back generously.
Another man donated a glass jar of coins valued at more than $700.
Another family donated $5,000. Isense said there were so many generous donations to the Red Kettle Campaign he thanked everyone who donated.
