VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Valley City Park & Recreation District has officially opened the skating area and ice rink at Pioneer Park.
Starting Saturday, December 21st the warming house will be open from 1pm to 5pm and again from 7pm to 9pm. On Sunday the warming house is open from 1pm to 5pm.
