VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Barnes County Sheriff’s Office is notifying the public that Justin Gibson, a registered sex offender is living at 3523 Webster Subdivision, Valley City, ND.
Any harassment of this or any sex offender is prohibited and will be prosecuted under North Dakota law.
