VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The city of Valley City is seeking a low interest loan to pay for the city’s cost share responsibility for permanent flood protection projects over the next two years.

City Administrator David Schelkoph told the city commission what their ask will be once they go before the State Water Commission board.

The city will make their request to the state water commission in Bismarck.
