VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Miller Motors and the Valley City Cares charity organization are once again teaming up to make Christmas a little better for those in need.

Mittens, gloves, boots and non-perishable food items are all welcome donations for the Mitten Tree.

For more than 10 years, Miller Motors General Manager Jim Nelson has teamed up with Rosie Larson, who is the Mitten Tree coordinator, to collect these items that will be donated to worthy families in the community.

Nelson said Miller Motors will be serving coffee and cookies and other goodies in their show room December 19-21 as an appreciation for your generous donations toward the Mitten Tree. Other drop off sites include First Community Credit Union, NDSU Extension office in the Barnes County Courthouse and the Mane Tamer in Valley City.
