TONIGHT:  SNOW BEGINS, HEAVY SNOW LIKELY AFTER MIDNIGHT.  WIND: INCREASING OUT OF THE SOUTHEAST, TURNING NORTHEAST 15 TO 25 MPH.
SATURDAY:  SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW,  HEAVY SNOW WITH ACCUMULATIONS OF MORE THAN A FOOT LIKELY FOR AN AREA WEST OF I-29 AND SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 200.  8 TO 11 INCHES ELSEWHERE.  SIGNIFICANT SNOW BUT WINDS GUSTING OVER 40 MPH WILL CREATE DANGEROUS, DIFFICULT AND IMPOSSIBLE TRAVEL CONDITIONS ACROSS THE DAKOTAS AND NORTHERN MINNESOTA THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING.   STEADY TEMPS 25 TO 30, WIND: NORTHEAST TO NORTHERLY 20 TO 45 MPH.
