JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Aligning the streets of Jamestown, drivers and pedestrians can notice the fixtures atop streetlights, signaling the quick approach of the holiday season.
Lynn Lambrecht is the President of the Jamestown Downtown Association. She says the association pays for and replaces the light bulbs every year.
Members of the organization recently met to replace the bulbs prior to the fixture being placed on streetlights by the city of Jamestown street crews.
The fixtures remain along main roads in Jamestown throughout the holiday season. Lambrecht says the lights pair well with the Holiday Dazzle parade, which will be held on November 29th.
