Fargo, N.D (NewsDakota) – A person was hit by a train in downtown Fargo just after midnight Saturday. The Fargo Police Department released this statement on Facebook this morning:
On 9/21/2019 at 12:31 a.m., Officers were dispatched to Main Ave and Broadway for a pedestrian hit by a train. Officers arrived on scene and found a male victim under the train. The male sustained serious/critical injuries from the accident. The last information we obtained was that The male was alive and in surgery at a local hospital. The crossing arms appeared to be working correctly at the time of the accident. No further information will be released at this time.
