VALLEY CITY,N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – First place was up for grabs Thursday night at the Hi-Liner Activity Center as second place Valley City hosted first place Fargo Davies. The Eagles remained undefeated in the EDC with a a straight set win over the Hi-Liners 25-14, 25-22, 25-17.

Macy Olstad paced the Hi-Liners with 9 kills and 13 digs. Cali Halgimson added five kills, nine digs and four blocks. Lindsey Noeske chipped in five kills and two blocks.

Natalie Lemnus had 12 assists and Dylann Diegel added 10.

The Hi-Liners fall to 8-5 overall and 4-2 in the EDC. They will travel to Grand Forks Central on Monday.
