JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Local, musical talent will be on full display Sunday for the Community Music Festival at Atonement Lutheran Church in Jamestown.
Formerly known as the Bluegrass Festival, the event has transformed to include different music acts from the area. Congregational Member and Committee Member Tanea Clocksene says the festival will return after a brief hiatus.
Clocksene says there will be four bands and groups performing from 3 PM to 7 PM including Old Friends, Cheaper Than Therapy, Linda Schwartz & Friends, and Intrigue.
Clocksene says in the past, they’ve raised funds for community projects. She says their focus will be on themselves this year.
The free event will be held at Atonement Lutheran Church. A free-will offering will be accepted for the meal. Concessions, kids games, and more will be available.
